Prior to meeting, we work with you to compile and organize your custom design ideas from photographs, magazines or sections from other floorplans in order to gain an understanding of your needs.

We will also facilitate your lot choice process if you do not already own one. We'll help you to locate the lot that will accommodate your requirements or recommend one from our inventory. When working with the architect, with your specific lot in mind, we incorporate views, topographcy and sun orientation into your plans to accommodate the features most important to you. The realization of your custom home is ensured by integrating all of these consequential factors.

With plans in hand, you then meet with the builder and determine your individual specifications for your home. We assist the home owner in making selections with vendors and sub-contractors that will best suit their needs. Our builder will discuss with you the pros and cons of all materials that will be used in the construction to assure that you are completely satisfied. Following the specification process and initial cost preparation, if you are concerned with cost or curious about the cost difference of using certain materials, for example your selection of stone or stucco, we can generate a precise cost comparison. We will always answer your questions!
